We were pleasantly surprised by the great location of Bel Azur Hotel - Resort in Downtown Jounieh. It allowed us to easily explore the historical area, go shopping, experience the nightlife, and visit popular tourist attractions. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Our room had a breathtaking view of both the sea and the mountains, providing a stunning backdrop for relaxation after a busy day. We particularly enjoyed spending time by the pool overlooking the sea and the private beach. It truly felt like we were treated to a 5-star experience at this 4-star hotel.

Great sea and mountain views from the room, which was quite spacious and with huge windows. The location of the hotel was good for us, close to the nightlife and restaurants, while being far enough from the city. The staff were helpful with transporting us around the area.

the room was not soundproof, and we could hear everything from upstairs and in the hallway, making it difficult to sleep at times.

This hotel property is well situated in Jounieh (Al Chir), and is in proximity to several boutique shops, restaurants and bars; the seaside pool is magnificent!

The rooms are outdated and could be refurbished.

Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel. Fabulous views, both sea and mountain. Excellent and very helpful staff. Simple but delicious local food breakfast. Great location with shops and places to eat. Car park available for a fee. Good value for money and pleasant stay.

Not obvious to find.

This place is amazing! The staff here are so friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who made us feel welcome right from the start. The hotel is impeccably clean and the service is top-notch. We loved the bar and restaurant area, where the food was delicious and great value for money. The location is perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a fish market nearby. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of entertainment options and the shopping area Kaslik.

I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Loved the swimming pool and beach location in good costal town Jouniech

The internet service does not work as they have a very poor connection which is only available in the lobby and not the rooms. For this reason I would never stay here again. I guess their beach cuustomers do not need it otherwise they would have made the effort to get a good provider.

I was staying in the hotel for a few days and fully satisfied with the high level of service they provide for clients. And the sea view from my window was fantastic! Mr. Shaddy and other staff were very nice and helpful. IThe hotel is situated in the center of all activities of Jounieh. would recommend Bel Azur to any tourists who are looking for good accomodation in this area.

Spent xmas at a hotel with great amenities! The location was unbeatable, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The big, nice pool was the highlight of my stay, and I enjoyed taking a dip every day. The breakfast spread was also good and had a lot of variety to choose from.

In terms of downsides, the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. The sockets near the bedside also need to be replaced as they didn't hold chargers very well.

The location of this hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was a definite highlight as it had a variety of delicious options to choose from.
